The Warrior

The Warrior is often driven and does not accept failure. They are motivated by challenges, and are not afraid to take charge. They do not believe in wasting time, and can sometimes lead them to taking big risks.

The Warrior can sometimes be so focused on winning and maximizing their time usage, they may approach the goals with a narrow lens - focused solely on the results, and not all the opportunities to reach those results. This may leave some people feeling burned in the wake causing conflict within their teams. The pressure to win can sometimes lead the leader to micromanage their team and not see the value in other ideas beyond their own.

The warrior can strengthen their skill by being open to alternatives and developing their strategic approach to the challenge.  Examine all the reasons that this goal is not already accomplished - and build your plan around this.
