Collecting Information
We are thrilled to be able to support you in your upcoming presentation.
Please complete the Speaker Intake Form. This form collects the general set-up questions we have as the Zoom facilitator to best prepare to support you in your upcoming speaking engagement with Emerge Intentionally. This form should be completed at least 1 month prior to your program, if not sooner. Please feel free to schedule a brief Zoom video conference in advance of your presentation (usually a week out is best) to cover anything needed to help support you for your presentation you can here: My Calendar.

FAQs
Q: How long should I plan the presentation for?
A: Our sessions run 60 minutes long, I usually recommend counting on 40 minutes for the presentation, to allow for introductions and questions.
Q: What is the target audience?
A: Emerge Intentionally attracts business professionals and entrepreneurs mostly in the US and Canada. The group is generally English-speaking and female-identifying, between the ages of 25-59.
Q: Can I promote my business?
A: Please do! Feel free to ask for participants to contact you and share what you do
Q: How many people attend?
A: We are a growing community and often see between 5-12 participants on the live calls when we have plenty of notice to market. A good number of the community will watch the replay.
Q: What web service do we use for the webinar?
A: We host our sessions on Zoom.
